As our permanent production, rehearsal, residency, and performance space, The Dixon allows us to invest in artists year-round while welcoming audiences into an intimate, immersive arts experience.

Located in Garden City's Live Work Create District, the 7,000-square-foot historic building houses a modular theater, the Movement Loft, and a community lounge, creating a vibrant hub for performances, artist residencies, educational programming, and special events.
